4. Our Guarantee

4.1 Comprehensive Benefits Audit

If we conduct a full benefits audit and determine you are not eligible for any additional benefits beyond those you currently receive, you will not be charged for the audit.

4.2 Application Services

If we submit an application on your behalf and it is ultimately rejected after exhausting all reasonable appeal options, we will refund 50% of the service fee for that specific application.

4.3 Guarantee Limitations

Our guarantee does not apply if:

  • You terminated service before completion

5. Your Responsibilities

7. Fees and Payment

7.1 Service Fees

All fees are clearly stated on our website and in service agreements. Fees are quoted in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.

7.2 Payment Terms

  • Payment is typically due before service commencement or upon completion, as specified
